All taxi and shuttle companies are able to drop you off at the airport, however only licensed companies are able to pick you up from the designated taxi ranks at the terminal buildings.
On-demand taxi's and super shuttle ranks are located at the Transport Pick-up zone - lanes 2 and lane 3, located outside door 11 of the arrivals area of the international terminal - a short 1-2 minute walk. Pre-booked taxi meeting point is located inside arrivals.
At the domestic terminal they are located outside door 4. You can pre-book with one of the companies listed below or just turn up at the terminal ranks - taxis and shuttles are always available.
Indicative fares from the airport into the city is between NZ$38 – NZ$105 one-way for a taxi and shuttles ($35 for one person plus $8 for each extra person together in the same group). For specific fare pricing, contact the taxi and shuttle companies directly.
Auckland Airport charges $5.50 per pick up and $3.50 per drop off, inclusive in the fixed fare rate.

Off-site shuttles are located at the Off-site Transfer zone - lanes 1 & 2, north of the Transport Hub outside the arrivals area of the international terminal. The Off-site Transfer zone is located behind the Te Arikinui Pullman hotel and is about a 5–7-minute walk.
Certain rideshare providers also use this zone for passenger pick up. Check with your provider when booking which zone you will be collected from.
