As the Strata Club program is closing, earning points and tier changes have now ceased as of 30 September 2026. Points held as at 1 October 2026 can be redeemed through to 30 November 2026.
Every 500 Strata points converts into a $5 e.voucher which you can spend at AKL and the Strata partner stores.
To spend your Strata Points you need to log into your AKL mobile app, under my strata, click on my vouchers and then proceed to redeem. You can also spend them online when you book Auckland Airport parking and Strata Lounge visits.
To convert your points to vouchers to use when you shop with Strata Partners, open the 'My Strata' screen on the Auckland Airport app, then open 'My Vouchers'. Choose the voucher value you want, and touch ‘Redeem voucher’ to convert your points to a QR code voucher. You can now scan your QR code voucher as you pay for your shopping.
To use your points when you book airport parking online, sign in to Strata Club, then make your booking. At the payment screen, choose the voucher value you want to apply. Complete your booking at the discounted rate.
To use points when you book Strata Lounge visits online, sign in to Strata Club, then make your booking. At the payment screen, choose the voucher value you want to apply. Complete your booking at the discounted rate.
