Our dedicated team can meet you when you arrive at or depart from the terminal, guide you through the airport, and help make your journey as seamless and stress-free as possible.

Whether you would like a helping hand or a more personalised airport experience, our tailored Concierge service is here to make travel easier.


Our Concierge service can assist with:

  • Meeting you at the terminal and escorting you through each stage of your journey
  • Helping with check-in, security, and finding your gate or departure lounge
  • Assisting with luggage when porterage is added to your booking
  • Providing complimentary strollers for young children
  • Helping with language barriers

International and Domestic terminals

Your Concierge will meet you at the base of the airbridge, wearing Auckland Airport’s distinctive blue uniform and holding a nameboard.

From there, they will escort you through Customs and into the baggage hall. If you have booked a porter as part of your service, they will assist at the baggage carousel and take care of your bags.

Your Concierge will then escort you through biosecurity screening and out to your waiting party in arrivals, or to your onward travel arrangement.

International and Domestic terminals

Your Concierge will meet you or your party at an agreed drop-off point on the terminal forecourt within the Transport Hub, then escort you to your airline’s designated check-in zone.

If you have booked a porter as part of your service, they will take your luggage from the Transport Hub forecourt to check in for you.

Once you have checked in, your Concierge will escort you through the departure process. For international travel, this includes passport control and security screening. For domestic travel, this includes security screening where required.

Depending on the time available before your flight, your journey with us will end either at your boarding gate or in the main departures area, where you can relax until your flight is called.

International to Domestic terminal, Domestic to International terminal, or Inter-terminal transit

Your Concierge will meet you at the base of the airbridge, wearing Auckland Airport’s distinctive blue uniform and holding a nameboard.

From there, they will escort you through Customs and into the baggage hall. If you have booked a porter as part of your service, they will assist at the baggage carousel and take care of your bags.

Your Concierge will then escort you through biosecurity screening and accompany you to the next terminal. This may be on foot, which takes around 10–15 minutes, or via the free interterminal transfer bus.

Once you arrive at the next terminal, your Concierge will assist you through the required screening processes and escort you to your departure gate.

We realise that everyone has different needs, and we are happy to discuss your specific requirements, so please contact us with any questions you may have.

Availability:Between 4:30am and midnight, 7 days a week. Subject to restrictions below.
Pricing:Prices start from $75 (domestic) and from $180 (international) and may be subject to change.
Booking Restrictions:

A minimum of 3 days' notice is required to secure your booking as spaces are strictly limited.

Exclusions:

Our concierge service is designed to work in conjunction with special assistance provided by your airline and is in no way intended to replace the services available free of charge.

This service does not extend to wheelchair provision.
